  • Vetted in excess of 500 financial services–oriented private equity investment opportunities as VCs and corporate VCs
  • Served on more than 15 boards spanning large, small, public, private, U.S.-based, and international companies, associations, and institutions

Financial Services Company Operating Experience

  • Deep experience working in key corporate development or strategy-related roles directly with the top five executives of the investment industry’s finest firms
  • Experience in product development, commercialization, pricing, promotion, and distribution
  • Development of departments and/or companies to enter new product categories, penetrate additional distribution channels, capitalize on vertical and horizontal integration opportunities, target additional product intermediaries, target new markets, and/or in-source functions previously provided by vendors

  • Work on a diversity of back-office and operationally oriented projects spanning the major business process flows concerning customer information, customer investments, portfolio accounting, and the various relationships between investment companies and the service providers they work with

  • Founded 9 financial services companies, creating approximately $50MM in shareholders equity
  • Advised more than 10,000 financial services industry entrepreneurs on a host of business development and equity creation topics and strategies
  • Extensive managerial experience as the chief executive officer and/or principal financial officer overseeing the acquisition, allocation, and utilization of all human, financial, and physical resources
